Tips for Grass-Fed Brisket:

Due to its leaner nature, grass-fed brisket may benefit from longer cooking times compared to grain-fed brisket.
Don't trim all the fat before cooking, as it helps keep the meat moist and flavorful.
Use a meat thermometer to ensure the brisket reaches the proper internal temperature (around 200°F for tender, juicy meat).
Leftovers can be shredded and used in sandwiches, tacos, and more.
