Bonus Tips:
- To further tenderize the cube steaks, you can marinate them in milk or buttermilk for 30 minutes to an hour before cooking.
- If you don't have cube steaks, you can use thin-sliced flank steak or skirt steak.
- Don't overcrowd the pan when cooking the cube steaks. This will prevent them from browning evenly.
- Be sure to let the cooked cube steaks rest for a few minutes before slicing to allow the juices to redistribute.
